Three main buildings of 10, 8 and 9 floors, with reinforced concrete and steel structures, are connected by metal carpentry bridges. Architectural project by Morphosis Architects, it covers a total area of 65,000 square metres with a central square.

SIO was in charge of Project Management and High Surveillance Assistance for RINA S.p.A. The façades are characterised by a combination of different types of panels, micro-perforated sheets, external shading and paste coloured glass. The New Eni Business Centre has obtained LEED Gold certification.
