The new Hidden Garden residential building, commissioned to BEMaa by Bluestone, is located within a block between Viale Gran Sasso, Via Filippo Lippi, Piazza Aspromonte and Via Garofalo.

The demolition and reconstruction project will create a total of 3,530 square metres of floor space, the entirety of which will be used for residential purposes, for a total of 45 apartments.

The new building will have 5-8 floors above ground. The building is characterised by bow windows and balconies on the south side, while the north side is marked by an alternation of overhangs and plant systems to emphasise the inner courtyard nature.
