The intervention, which is part of the implementation of the PII for the redevelopment of the ex-Enel area, envisages an L-shaped building for private residences where the sides juxtaposed to the borders of the area free up the central part of the courtyard for the construction of underground parking spaces that are not connected to the buildings above. The project has a total of 87 flats and consists of 9 floors above ground for a SL of 6280 square metres. The underground car parks, for a total of 155 parking spaces, are arranged on two levels while the ground floor is occupied by porticoes and glazed volumes for services.
