The project, developed by Nexity and signed by Asti Architetti, consists of 73 apartments with an open courtyard; the entire building in fact overlooks a large internal courtyard with garden that can provide services and condominium spaces.

The intervention is a result of the demolition of an earlier building, part of which has been maintained and structurally adapted to contemporary regulatory standards. The building is characterized by a facade frame made of extruded aluminum slats that characterizes both the interior and the front of the building.
