A balanced and harmonious architectural composition, three prisms with different heights positioned along a diagonal line fit into the skyline of the Milanese suburbs, enhancing the entire area in which they stand. The residential complex is intended to be AbitareIn's contribution to the growth and redevelopment begun in 2001 with numerous well-known interventions in the historic Portello area, located to the north-west of Milan.
Gold, Diamond and Platinum are the evocative names chosen for the three buildings, with 11, 15 and 18 floors. They present different façades that are articulated with a sophisticated dynamism of material frames that alternate in size, colour and material. A harmonious interplay of solids and voids is achieved by the succession of loggias on the south elevations, which become true living spaces to be lived in. The three residential towers are the result of an architectural project by arch. Stefano Bollani, the realisation was entrusted to BAEC Studio Associato and Studio PP8 - AI Engineering and Ediltecno Restauri as the contractor.
