The new building, designed by Studio Acerbis, houses the new Pentole Agnelli showroom and a new starred restaurant. On the outside, the materiality and contrast between solids and voids of the new 10-metre-long warehouse façade is striking, while maintaining the language and proportions of the industrial warehouse typology. A single volume for the warehouse still leaves the showroom and restaurant space distinct and separate inside. The former has a precast concrete structure, while the latter is made of post-compressed cast-in-place reinforced concrete.
