Corso Como Place reclaims the 22,000 square metres of the block between Via de Tocqueville and Via Bonnet, presenting itself as the new step in the urban redevelopment of Porta Nuova. From the demolition of a number of existing buildings, a new office tower of 21 storeys and 70 metres in height has been created, flanked by 4,000 square metres of Podium for commercial and tertiary use. The tower building, intended to house new-generation offices, is part of a circular logic of the project, in which the theme of reuse was applied both by recovering the existing load-bearing structures and by choosing Cradle-to-Cradle certified materials.‍
