The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of the buildings located between Street Olgiati, Street Cottolengo and Street Tobagi. The new buildings gather the existing volumetry, quantifiable in 3,280 square metres of SLP, in two linear bodies, of four and five floors above ground, placed transversally to the lot, for a total of 43 dwellings and some common spaces on the ground floor. The buildings, mainly made of face brick, recover the relationship with the building tradition of South Milan and, in particular, with that of the Navigli.
